For over 25 years, Guilherme Ramalho Imóveis has been operating in Balneário Camboriú region as a kind of real estate curatorship, working with high standard products and helping its clients on making the best deals.
The exponential appreciation and the involvement in high value negotiations end up transforming the real estate into currency. Thinking in this way we elaborated the new brand. Through uniform and refined features, the icon conveys the desired confidence.
The sophistication and class are represented by the colors blue, gold and beige, together with a typographic combination that blends the classic and the contemporary conveying all the elegance and refinement required by the brand. In addition, we developed two patterns used as complementary elements. One of them represents the verticalization of the properties in the region and the other expresses the networking of real estate offices.
